Cela a été mis en ligne le 18 juillet 2018 avec la VIDEO, sur le site en Anglais du MUFON. C'est le cas n° 93438.
Les petites lumières lumineuses blanches sont des artefacts (peut-être liés aux gouttes d'eau) et ne constituent pas l'intérêt de cette vidéo mais plutôt la description de cet objet par le témoin.
Cet objet est visible en fin de vidéo comme un point sombre qui disparaît au loin.

"The weather was pre-stormy with some wind created by the rain falling not so far. At the time of the event, only few drops came from the sky.
My friend and I have a background of flying as we have been doing paragliding for more than 15 years. We are used to look at the sky and quickly identify what we see. In addition, I personally have an aerospace culture and it is rather unlikely I can be badly confused between plane, rocket, drones, etc... although it can happen anyway !
At the beginning, I was inside the apartment and my friend was outside on the phone when he called me as he was watching a strange bright point in the sky.
When I came outside, I saw white point in the sky being quite high and I was believing it was a para-glider at about few hundred meters high, coming in our direction. Given the strait path and the rather strong brightness of the "object", I changed my mind and identified it rather to be an helicopter coming down the mountain with a strong white light at the front of it.
As it came to us, I realized that no noise was produced by the "thing". After 30s the object came almost above us I clearly saw a white object rather bright, in rotation over changing axis. The outline shape was rather awkward, very irregular, changing constantly.
Except the rather white color of the object, it could have been confused easily with a plastic bag flying in the lee of the wind about 100m above the ground, but:
When the object came at the closest point I could see a discreet but clearly visible red beam light on the edge of the object pointing vertically to the ground. The beam was perfectly vertical, stable despite the erratic movement of the main body.
Then I rushed into the apartment to get my phone in order to film.
The object continued straight, maintaining its elevation above the ground and finally vanished in the distance (see video).".
"Le temps était pré-orageux avec un peu de vent créé par la pluie qui ne tombait pas si loin.Au moment de l'événement, seulement quelques gouttes tombaient du ciel.
Mon ami et moi avons des antécédents de vol comme nous faisons du parapente depuis plus de 15 ans. Nous avons l'habitude de regarder le ciel et d'identifier rapidement ce que nous voyons.
De plus, j'ai personnellement une culture aérospatiale et il est plutôt improbable que je puisse être hésiter entre un avion, une fusée, un drone, etc ... bien que cela puisse arriver quand
même !
Au début, j'étais à l'intérieur de l'appartement et mon ami était dehors au téléphone lorsqu'il m'a appelé alors qu'il regardait un étrange point lumineux dans le ciel.
Quand je suis sorti, j'ai vu un point blanc dans le ciel assez haut et je croyais que c'était un parapente à quelques centaines de mètres de haut, venant dans notre direction.
Compte tenu de la trajectoiret et de la luminosité plutôt forte de «l'objet», j'ai changé d'avis et je l'ai plutôt identifié comme étant un hélicoptère descendant de la montagne avec une forte lumière blanche à l'avant.
Comme il se dirigeait vers nous , j'ai réalisé qu'aucun bruit n'était produit par la "chose". Après 30s l'objet est venu presque au dessus de nous et j'ai alors j'ai clairement vu un objet blanc plutôt brillant, en rotation sur un axe changeant. La forme du contour était plutôt grossière , très irrégulière, changeant constamment.
À l'exception de la couleur plutôt blanche de l'objet, cet objet volant aurait pu être facilement confondu avec un sac en plastique volant à l'abri du vent à environ 100 m du sol, mais :
lorsque l'objet est arrivé au point le plus proche, j'ai pu voir une lumière rouge discrète mais clairement visible sur le bord de l'objet pointant verticalement vers le sol.
Le faisceau était parfaitement vertical, stable malgré le mouvement erratique du corps principal.
Puis je me suis précipité dans l'appartement pour prendre mon téléphone afin de filmer.
L'objet a continué tout droit, en maintenant son altitude au-dessus du sol et a finalement disparu au loin (voir la vidéo). "
