L'astronome amateur Ethan Chappel a capturé le moment incroyable où quelque chose d'important a frappé Jupiter plus tôt cette semaine.
Dans les images, l'impact apparaît comme un éclair dans la haute atmosphère de la planète, juste au sud de l'équateur. D'autres astronomes doivent encore confirmer l'impact, mais selon Chappel, cela "ressemble terriblement à un éclair d'impact" d'un météore.
